~ a tale of Spiritual Eroticism ~

"IN ALL WAYS is a metaphorical account of an individual's response to the call of the Divine Feminine whose persistent Voice summons him in his dreams toward the fulfillment of his destiny. Jim Malachi has written a compelling novel, and many of its readers will find the courage to initiate their own hero's journey, leaving behind the world of face value while courageously descending into its deepest mysteries."
-Stanley Krippner, Ph.D.
Co-author, Personal Mythology

"The story flows well, is very interesting and engaging, and the path of the initiation is excellent and accurate. Aside from personal accounts, this is the best telling of an initiation experience I have ever read."
-Christina Pratt Last Mask Center for Shamanic Healing
Author, An Encyclopedia of Shamanism

Follow Me and I will light your Way.

From time to time
the clouds will come between us
and you will be in the dark,
but you will never be alone.
For I am with you In All Ways
just beyond the Veil.

Moon spilled Herself onto the steadily receding shadows, and dressed the irregular landscape in a translucent garment spun of Her own milky light. Akiim listened intently to Her words as a cool breeze fanned the growing uncertainty in his trembling legs.
He swallowed hard. The knot in his stomach tightened. And despite the reassurance he had just received from his beloved, Akiim felt frightened and very much alone.

Akiim imagined that it had once been some sort of nesting chamber; for carefully arranged in its center was a pile of carved stone eggs in varying states of completion. He eased in closer as the musty grass crackled beneath him. Some were roughly chiseled, exhibiting only the earliest signs of their eventual shape, while others were highly polished specimens. Perhaps they were originally intended for use in ancient ceremonies; sacred stone relics honoring the potent life force of a forgotten reptilian deity once worshiped by his ancestors.

The Gograh had emerged from hiding, to shed their skins and mate in the light of the swollen moon; and he had disturbed them. They hissed menacingly in his direction, and taunted him from within the skeletal weave of petrified needles. Akiim bristled at the hundreds of piercing yellow eyes, rotating unnaturally in their sockets. Their jaws opened and closed; involuntarily snapping shut with an eerie, hollow click.

Nymphs, priestesses of indescribable beauty now swayed provocatively where the stones once stood. They were formed not of flesh, but of congealed light; exquisite creatures of definite size and shape, composed of a mysterious substance that he could see through. Their supple bodies were naked, save for the few randomly etched markings whose meanings were not known to Akiim. All wore finely crafted serpents that spiraled up their limbs from either the elbow or ankle. And each held in her hand an orb of polished crystal that seemed to draw down Moon's milky light as if it were nursing.

She reached into her robe and withdrew a sphere of her own. It was nearly twice the size of the others and black as pitch. She raised it above her head slowly, as an offering. Moon responded by illuminating it with a light so intense, that it began to glow a deep, blood red. Akiim blushed at the sight of her firm breasts that had been exposed by the opening of her cloak. She lowered her head and met Akiim's eyes with a look that both boiled and chilled him. And from that moment on, she never took her eyes from him.

"It is only by entering into the Dreaming,
that one can truly Awaken.
And it is only by dying to who we are,
that we are able to become who we are to become"

In All Ways: is a contemporary parable of Initiation and Transcendence; a metaphorical account of an individual’s response to the call of the Divine Feminine whose insistent Voice summons him in his dreams toward the fulfillment of his destiny.
It is the story of a reluctant hero who gradually awakens from the dream in which he has been living; who leaves behind the world of face value and courageously descends into its deepest Mystery; into the very substance beneath its form, into Death itself. He emerges from this Darkness bearing a Light that not only heals the wounds of his tribe, but illuminates his own personal Truth as well.
